If you choose to use the Feedbag Agrihub Platform, you do so voluntarily and at your sole risk. You agree that you have had whatever opportunity you deem necessary to investigate the Feedbag Agrihub Services, laws, rules, or regulations that may be applicable to your transactions on the marketplace, and that you are not relying upon any statement of law or fact made by Feedbag Agrihub relating to any purchase or transaction.

i. Subject to Applicable law, we are not responsible to you or any third party for provision, or for the condition or nature, of any product. Farmers, Aggregators and Consumers are independent third-parties and are not affiliated, controlled by, or employed by Feedbag Agrihub. Farmers set their own prices for their products as they feel is appropriate for their business.

ii. If we choose to conduct identity verification or background checks on any User, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, either express or implied, that such checks will identify prior misconduct by a User or guarantee that a User will not engage in misconduct in the future.

iii. Subject to applicable law, you understand and agree that use of our marketplace and services are at your own risk. Feedbag Agrihub is not responsible for performing background checks on Farmers, Aggregators or Consumers (including criminal or civil checks); does not review the condition of products that they comply with existing law, meet any specific requirements, or are consistent with their description; and does not guarantee performance of any user or third party.

iv. Subject to applicable law, Feedbag Agrihub disclaims all representations and warranties, express and implied, that any information provided through our website is accurate or complete, or that any products or farm produce will be provided to you as described.

v. Subject to applicable law, Feedbag Agrihub disclaims all responsibility for and liability resulting from the negligence, intentional misconduct, or criminal activity of all users or third parties, or any injury that occurs to you, third parties.

a) You agree that carrying out transactions with a third party carry inherent risk, and by using the services to effect purchase, you choose to assume those risks voluntarily.

b) You assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during and after your order or purchase.

vi. Subject to applicable law, our website and marketplace are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability for your particular use, or non-infringement. without limiting the foregoing, subject to applicable law, we disclaim that the website or marketplace are free from error or viruses; that they will never cause harm; that they meet or be suitable for your needs or requirements; that they are always available; or that they accurately represent the products.

vii. Subject to applicable law, we expressly disclaim any obligation to correct errors, even those that we are aware of, and may choose to discontinue operation of the platform or service, or features of either, at any time.

viii. The foregoing disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. You may have other statutory rights. However, the duration of statutorily required warranties, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
