Maintaining Feedbag Agrihub as a healthy online marketplace requires users to showcase their products, rent farming equipment, and interact with other users in a cordial and professional manner. We rely on you to follow these guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all Feedbag Agrihub users, including yourself, when posting Content, communicating with other users, and making or accepting payments. We take violations of these Community Guidelines seriously and may suspend or terminate an account for ongoing or serious violations. These guidelines are a non-exhaustive list intended to give assurance to all our users. Please read them carefully and only use the Platform or Services if you agree to abide by them
- SELLERS WILL:
- Comply with any laws, including relevant and applicable laws in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Accurately represent the nature, condition, and pricing of products
- Only offer genuine products for sale. If you don’t own your product or don’t have exclusive permission from an owner to List it, then you are not permitted to List it on the marketplace.
- You should not provide inaccurate information, have incorrect availability, mislead people about the type, nature, or details of your product, substitute one product for another, set up fake or fraudulent products, or engage in deceptive pricing, or fail to deliver products after money has been paid.
- BUYERS WILL:
- Comply with our escrow return and refund policy. Everyone must:
- Communicate with other users and Feedbag Agrihub honestly.
- Transact honestly.
- Respect other people’s information.
- Use the Platform as intended.
- Be responsive: you should be available to answer any questions related to a product and reply promptly.
- NO ONE MAY:
- Discriminating against other users based on their race, sex, gender, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other legally protected class is illegal and strictly prohibited on the website.
- Encourage or endorse illegal or dangerous behavior
- Harm, intimidate, or threaten Users.
- Share personal or dispute information.
- Harm, intimidate, harass, or threaten Feedbag Agrihub
- You may not engage in illegal behavior on the website or use Feedbag Agrihub marks or logos in a manner that violates Feedbag Agrihub Service Agreement or harms, dilutes, or misuses our brand
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Misrepresent themselves: You shall not create a duplicate account after being suspended, or create an account if you’re under the age of 18.
- Violate others’ privacy.
